Return & Exchange Policy:
👉We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.
👉Please note, during sale promotions such as End of Season Sale (EOSS) or festive seasons, etc., we do not offer returns.

Shipping Charges:
👉Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges for exchanges.
👉Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Condition for Return & Exchange:

👉Returns are only accepted for handbags with manufacturing defects. Manufacturing defects refer to problems that arise due to mistakes made during the production process.
👉Eligible returns can only be exchanged for the same SKU, subject to availability. Exchanges for different designs or colors are not possible.
👉No refunds will be issued.
👉Products must be returned in their original, unused condition, as shipped.
👉Items that are used, damaged, or altered will not qualify for an exchange.

Processing Time:
👉Once the returned product is received, please allow up to 7 business days for processing.
👉Additionally, it may take 5-7 business days for the returned product(s) to reach us.
